Shipping
What are your turnaround times?
All Australian orders are usually modded 1-2 business days after they are received. Then once posted, you can expect a 1-4 business day delivery time.
How much is shipping?
We post all controller orders for free.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes we can.

How can I cancel my order?
Simply get in touch with us any way as soon as possible.
Please not a cancellation restock fee of 5% applies.
What if I don't like your controllers?
Sadly, we do know sometimes it is not right for you. You can return your controller for a refund provided it is done within 14 days.
If you just like some of the mods and not others that you have purchased, you can request re-modification if you'd prefer for a $30 service fee.
Please note there is a 10% restock fee due to processing fees incurred by us during checkout.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes you are welcome to pick up your order. We are located in Keysborough, Victoria.
Controllers
Can I use the controllers on PC?
Yes. Both PS5 and Xbox controllers can be used on PC as well. They are plug and play depending on the game otherwise you will need Ds4Windows software which can be downloaded for free.
Do mods only work on FPS games?
No, mods follow the controller so they will work with any game you throw at them.
